Separate decisions from ideas
Inspiration boards are useful, but operational planning needs clear fields, dates and status tracking. Keep visual inspiration separate from the system that tells you what needs to happen next.
Choose a format you can share
If several people are helping, consider how the information will be accessed. A printable may work for a planning binder; a spreadsheet can be easier for changing guest and budget data.
Bundle or individual planner?
A bundle can make sense when you need the entire planning system. If your venue or coordinator already handles major pieces, buying only the missing tracker may be more efficient.
