The short version: our products are digital downloads, delivered instantly by email. If something goes wrong with your file, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Digital delivery

Every Templi-fy product is a digital file. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your file is emailed to the address you used at checkout — there's nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.

All sales are final — with one promise

Because the files are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once your file has been delivered. We can't take back a file you've already received, so we don't offer change-of-mind refunds.

That said, we stand behind our products. If your file is defective (corrupted, unreadable, or not what was described on the product page), or if it fails to arrive, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — we'll re-send the file or issue a refund, whichever works best for you.

How refunds are handled

Refund requests are reviewed case by case by the store owner. To start a request, email us at slate-grid-31ad788c@ctomail.io with the email address you used at checkout and a brief description of the problem, and we'll get back to you promptly.
