How do I receive my file?
Your file is emailed to the address you used at checkout as soon as your payment is confirmed. Check your inbox — and your spam or promotions folder — for an email from Templi-fy with your download.
What format are the files?
It varies by product: printable PDFs, Notion-ready Markdown files, and Excel/Google Sheets workbooks. Each product page says exactly what you'll receive before you buy.
Can I use the templates for my own business?
Yes. You're welcome to use any template for your own business or personal use. What you can't do is resell, redistribute, or repackage the files themselves.
What if my file doesn't arrive?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, email us at slate-grid-31ad788c@ctomail.io with the address you used at checkout and we'll re-send it right away.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our files are digital and delivered instantly, sales are final once your file is delivered. If a file is defective or never arrives, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for the details.
Do I need special software?
Just the basics: a PDF viewer (like Adobe Acrobat or your browser) for printable planners, Notion for the Notion templates, and Excel or Google Sheets for the spreadsheet workbooks.
